Boots is a black & tan longhair out of our Souvie/Dally litter. She didn't hit the show ring until May 2008 as her two sisters were out competing and we didn't feel the need to compete the 3 girls against each other. The sisters finished their championships and now Boots has taken the ring by storm! She has taken points at every show she has been in. Boots has a delightful temperament, beautiful topline, and is a great mover.
5/1/08 - Boots gets her first 2 points in Utah!! We are so proud of her. Thanks to John & TerriLynn Carlson who showed her and traveled with her - I sure appreciate it.
5/4/08 - Boots gets another 2 points in Utah. She has 4 points now - not bad for her second show! Again, my thanks to John & TerriLynn for all of their hard work and help.
5/23/08 - Boots gets another 2 points in Oklahoma. Courtesy of John's expertise handling and TerriLynn's grooming! Thanks so much to them!!
5/30 & 6/1/08 - Boots gets another 2 points each day at the show in Longmont, CO. Sherry (Kaycees miniature dachshunds) showed her in the Bred-by class both days - thanks so much to her for her help! Boots only needs her majors now. She is going to Idaho next weekend with John & TerriLynn Carlson - keep your fingers crossed she can "pull her majors"!
6/15/08 - Boots gets a 4 point major!! John & TerriLynn took her to Idaho and, from what I understand, they were playing "with the big boys"! A lot of nice dogs there and some well known handlers. How cool that Boots was able to walk away with a major with all of that competition. My sincere thanks again goes to John & TerriLynn. Boots now has 14 points and needs one major to finish!
7/1/08 - Boots gets another 2 points in Loveland, CO. We only entered her on Sunday for the bred-by competition and she was WB for another 2 points. Her mom, Sandy, was able to see her win which made it all the more enjoyable!
11/1/08 - Boots finishes her championship!! She got her second major in Tulsa, OK under judge Judy Webb. We are thrilled and can't wait to breed her on her next season (December 08???).
Jan. 09 - Boots has been bred to Ch. Wagsmore Sublime. We will be having puppies on/around March 20th, 2009. Click on Current Litter for more information. Inquiries welcome.

Boots is co-owned with Max & Sandy Eidswick and has wiggled her way into their setter home. She runs the big dogs like any self-respecting dachshund should!!
